2017!
Hey there! Welcome to our page and thanks for stopping by. When we aren't doing "chores" you can probably find us camping, biking, going to the market, or just hanging out as a cute little family.

I want a Blue Dog

We went to the library so we could see Santa. We got there 30 minutes early luckily. When we first got there, the room was pretty much empty other than for a few other people. As it started to fill up a lady came and gave us a number to try and be a little organized when Santa did arrive. Thank goodness she did. We were 7 but as we were walking out I heard a lady say she was 121!

Santa read The Polar Express before anyone got to sit on his lap. Keni had a front row seat. As expected most of the kids didn't care to listen to the story but since Keni was up-close-and-personal Santa kept leaning down and talking directly to her.

When she sat on Santa's lap she asked for a blue dog. Santa looked at me and said, "A blue dog, huh?" I just shook my head like, "I have no clue." Then he said to her, "Well you must watch Blues Clues." Okay, 1( how sad that this old man had to fill me in on the Blues Clues thing, and 2) She has watched the show one time. For reals, ONE time during Thanksgiving weekend.  Oh, and she hasn't said a thing about it again.

Brock couldn't have cared less about the whole ordeal. He was fine watching everything going on around him. He did check Santa out for a second when he was sitting on his lap.
