Cruisin'

We decided to go on a cruise before Joe started school and I'm so glad we actually did it. We've talked about going on a cruise for a long time now but just haven't. We had a great time. We missed Keni a lot but we were glad she got to hang out with her grandparents. We went a day before the ship left so we could go to Universal Studios and hang out in LA for a bit. We were lucky enough to score some 'front of the line passes' to Universal so we didn't have to stand in line at all. Thanks to the kind fellow who was leaving the park as we were walking in from an early lunch at Hard Rock Cafe. The weather on the ship wasn't very cooperative. It would have been warm had the wind not been blowing all the time. Oh well, there was plenty to do inside the ship. They had all sorts of activities planned out for us. We participated in quite a few but it was also nice to just relax in our cabin. For our shore excursions we went kayaking in Catalina and we rented a dune buggy in Ensenada. Super fun and super worth the money.

Trying to be cool with our front of the line passes... ya, not so much.
