For her birthday we started by getting doughnuts and balloons for her, and grandma since they share birthdays. We had cake and ice cream last night and she opened all of her presents.
Keni is a pretty silly girl. She says and does things that are hilarious. Not that I can remember any of them or have anything documented... (yes, she is only my first. At least it will be the same for all my kids, right?)
Keni actually blew out her candles. Uhh not that I thought she wouldn't. Never.
Apparently she follows the saying, "Dig Right In!"
She could finally have her bike.
Keni was with us when we were picking out her presents. We wanted to make sure that this little trike thing would work. We let her ride it around in the store and then put it in our cart. Thought nothing of it as we thought she would forget about it. Nope. We were wrong. She didn't forget and every time we asked her what she wanted for her birthday she said, "my bike."
Guess we need to give her a little more credit!
My mom opening her presents. Bless her heart, she's always a good sport to let Keni have the spotlight. Happy birthday to you too, Mom.
