2017!
Hey there! Welcome to our page and thanks for stopping by. When we aren't doing "chores" you can probably find us camping, biking, going to the market, or just hanging out as a cute little family.

A Bunch of Trick-or-Treating and Activities

We had so much fun on Halloween. Our ward didn't have a trunk-or-treat, and to be honest, I think it made it way more fun on Halloween. We had sooo many more trick-or-treaters than previous years.

In the morning, we went to Jubilee. The kids got to decorate donuts and then walk around the store to trick-or-treat. Poppy was so concerned about each and every piece of candy. She didn't get the concept quite yet, but luckily we had two more tries before the night was over.

After the grocery store, we went home and had a fun lunch with mummy dogs and frankenstein pudding. The kids thought it was the coolest thing ever. Parenting win. Although maybe not so much since they didn't really eat the pudding. Then we all had naps and were well rested for the events to come.

We decided to brave the crowds and go to the Mayors Walk at the Rec Center. It was pretty fun. We got there at 3:30 to stand in line until 4:00 when it started.  The walk is outside on the pavement that circles the rec center. A lot of businesses set up tables and decorate it with cute Halloween decor, then said businesses pass out the candy.

We grabbed dinner and then went out to trick-or-treat the neighborhood with some friends. I said this last year, but seriously, it is so much more fun to go door-to-door! And the kids are worn out and ready for bed when we get home. Bonus!

We got a huge bowl (the biggest Tupperware bowl) overflowing with candy. I guess with three kids it really adds up fast.
