Thanksgiving

I am so lucky that my family comes to visit so often, especially when they come for the holidays. Thanksgiving was pretty low-key. My mom and dad came and so did my little brother Dillan and his girlfriend Lyndsey.

It was the second Thanksgiving at my house and I think I could get used to it! :) Last year the only thing that didn't turn out was the rolls so this year I was determined to have good ones. And they were! Oh so delicious and perfect.

Later on that weekend we enjoyed the Holly Days Festival that Vernal puts on every year. It was super duper cold so we mostly stuck to Santa's Workshop and the parade. I didn't want to brave two kids in the cold for very long.

Waiting for the parade to start. Don't they look thrilled! Haha. They were, I promise. It was just -20 degrees. Their poor little faces were probably just frozen like that. :]
